All emails sent out by all Agent's are stored on our server and thereafter all responses to those emails and the eventual outcome is also both stored and monitored, from the recipient receiving the email right up to the point of them completing an application form and becoming a new I.B.A. Member...
When you send an email from your Agent's Hub, that will permanently link that email to your account.
Before you can send any emails you would have had to have logged into your Agent's Hub using your unique Agent's number and it is that number that is coded and then attached to all emails you send out.
When an email recipient clicks on the links to our webnsite that are inside the email
you have sent them, a code is then saved to that recipients computer. When the recipient than opens the application form that same code is then automatically inserted into a box on the application form named "Referral I.D.", this once again links that recipient to your Agent Account.
Regardless of whether the recipient actually pay for their Membership or not, once the application form as been submitted to us, it will then appear in your "Commissions" page and you can then monitor the progress of their application up to the point of payment.
At the point of confirmed payment, you are then credited with the applicable commissions.
