The I.B.A. "Assist Me" program works on a referral basis and we will only refer you to an established Member of the I.B.A. with a proven track record of success. This program has been established on the principle that, we are most likely in a far stronger position to seek out credible and efficient companies than you, so why not let us help you if we can?

The referral program presently consists of services that are in high demand. We constantly monitor business trends and marketing methods that can result in consumers requiring assistance in other sectors and when this occurs we assist.

The I.B.A. strictly forbid pressure sales, and in the event of you being less than completely satisfied with the service you receive from any company we refer you to, then please contact our Customer Services staff.

The I.B.A. also makes periodic spot-checks, this is merely a phone call from us to you enquiring that the company that has contacted you has acted in a professional manner at all times and is performing to your satisfaction.
