Within this Bad Debt section of our website, we have provided you with numerous alternatives with regards to alleviating any debt problems you may have or be headed towards..

We have outlined all the pros and cons of adopting for one option over another when attempting reduce your monthly outgoings in order to keep your head above water. But why should you be doing this? Why are you in this position?

The truth is that you were actively encouraged to incur debt in the first place, and this has been a direct result of the promotional activities of Banks other Lenders and the Government.

Why should you suffer...

We believe that those that are responsible, should suffer the outcome, and that is why we actively support the principle of you have your debts completely quashed.

To understand what has taken place here, will make you feel better about having your debts wiped clean, as you are most likely the victim of failed financial policies and greed.

You will hear from all the Bankers and Politicians that this all started in the USA, and yes this is true, and just like our British Politicians who appear to run along behind any American idiot in charge, our Bankers appear to have done the same, changing the trading platform on which the British Banking system is founded.

To cut straight to the point, Lenders were lending to anyone and everyone, whether they even had a job or not? This is called Sub Prime, and this was OK as long as property continued to rise at a rapid rate, unfortunately, it had to stop rising as no first time buyers could enter the market.

As soon as first time buyers stopped buying the market grind to a server halt, this caused an immediate downturn, and all the banks in the USA and the UK that had lent out billions, or purchased Sub Prime began to panic !

Banker should have stuck to Banking...

The problem was that, banks decided a few years back they they wanted to become Hedge Funds and get their hands on all those wonderful profits, and in doing so, exposed themselves massively. They overstretched and over borrowed to ridiculous levels and were laughing whilst the housing market continued to rise...

Now it's collapsed, the banks are crying, the Government has had to bail them out, and you the Tax Payer will be paying for their greed and mismanagement for years to come, one way or another.

Things are still OK for the Banking Executives, as they still got their annual millions in bonuses !

To make matters worse, the Government and Lenders adopted the philosophy, "Have now and Pay Later", encouraging all of us to acquire more debt than we could ever handle, to get the largest mortgage possible and just keep on spending.

What goes up comes down...

Now the property market is collapsing and you are stood directly in line to encounter prolonged financial grief, any equity you have spent years accumulating in your home may possible disappear, to the point you enter into a negative equity situation, bank loans and credit card companies will also be knocking on the door wanting their pound of flesh, and we are expected to stand there and take it, and then pay for it !

It's a disgrace !

As far as we are concerned, the whole Country has been miss sold, led up the garden path and actively encouraged to put themselves into impossible situations, all because the Government and Bankers have told us all for years that everything is wonderful ?

Well how about this, let them pay for their Financial Miss Management, Flawed Policies and Greed, and then they can see for themselves how wonderful things really are NOT !

If you can have your debts completely quashed on the basis you were miss sold the finance to begin with, we think you are perfectly within your rights to do so. Of course debt collection agencies will try to make you feel guilty for doing this, but why should you feel that way, you are not guilty of anything, you are the victim !
