Scams & Fraudsters...
Trying to find uncluttered information on the internet about Scams is almost impossible? Most websites are a mishmash of information and advertisements that are ultimately trying to sell you something...

This website does not work that way, we provide consumers with clear and concise information as well as our FREE Scam Alerts, we also offer a full Scams Directory, located from the right side menu.

Where are the Scammers?
In almost every sector of business in every country around the world, you will find either rouge traders or complete Scammers. These fraudsters will entertain any twist or turn of the rules in order to steal you money.

Some scams are as simple as taking orders and never sending out the goods, others require far greater levels of deviousness and sophistication

How Scams Operate...
The internet is the new playground for Scammers that build a cheap website offering low cost or discounted goods, then take your money but never send you the goods you have paid for.

The more sophisticated scams that require the personal touch are normally run from telesales or Boiler Rooms, you can read more on Boiler Rooms by selecting that option on the right side menu.

Many of this type of scams are linked to investment opportunities, these telesales rooms are often referred to as Boiler Rooms, Slop Shops or Decks..

Boiler Rooms...
Most Boiler Rooms do not even have a registered company behind them, and of they do, it is normally domiciled in such destinations as The Bahamas, The Seychelles, Bermuda, The British Virgin Islands or some other destination that offers cheap incorporation.

Due to the fact that, these types of offshore jurisdictions are somewhat lax with their company incorporation procedures and the monitoring of those companies thereafter, this inevitably invites the fraudsters in, and abuse of the system invariably follows.

So before dealing with any investment company it is imperative you conduct adequate due diligence.

If you do not have the resources to conduct the appropriate due diligence and you have been contacted by telephone by a suspect company, then visit our "Identify a Scam" page by selecting the named image to your right. On this page you will find some very useful information as to how you can catch these Scammers out if they should call you...

Don't take chances ? If in doubt, drop it out !
